Back in the 80s and prior, a commercial fisherman got approximately 2 years use from a fish net before acquiring a new one. The used net was then stored in old gear piles or shanties. I reclaim the nets and cut, clean, and package it myself. It is a long, tedious process and requires a crew of helpers, as a commercial net is approx. 1500 ft long, 50 ft wide and weighs over 4000 lbs. This is quality net made from super strong nylon and is not like the cheaper cotton net that you see in party stores. This netting is great for nautical themed parties, creative interior designs, outdoor patio & garden use, sea life & shell displays, restaurant decor, kid's rooms and wall hangings. It can also be used in seafood restaurants, churches, schools, and waterparks. The possibilities are endless.
