Washburn Idol T16 Electric Guitar Vintage Sunburst

Washburn created its distinctive Idol body shape in 1999. The WIT is a fresh take on the single cutaway and draws inspiration from the original Washburn WI36, originally outfitted with a single bridge pickup and lipstick pickup at the neck.  
 
The WIT is a bolt-on 25-1/2” scale length guitar with two USA made Seymour Duncan Vintage Stack Tele pickups on an Ash body with a beautiful burled-Maple veneer and a vintage sunburst gloss finish. Pickup wiring includes a push-pull coil-split allowing the player to switch between noiseless Stack Tele tones and straight single coil output.  
 
The WIT features a Wilkinson ashtray bridge with brass saddles and the Buzz Feiten Tuning System for accurate intonation throughout the ebony fretboard, delivering an instrument that allows the player to achieve all those rockabilly, country, and “chicken pickin’,” tones favored by Nashville pros.  
 
With it’s vintage sunburst and gold hardware the Washburn WIT16VS is a distinctive, beautiful instrument that you can proudly play in any setting. Grover 18:1 ratio machines and D'Addario strings ensure tuning accuracy. Gig bag included.

With a vintage sunburst finish on a Swamp Ash body and Burl Maple top, the Idol T16 is an instant classic, while at the same time demonstrating that you don't just run with the pack. 
 
Wilkinson ashtray bridge with brass saddles 
Brass saddles produced a warmer, thicker, more musical tone compared with the more common steel. Each saddle is intonated as well. Paired with the Buzz Feiten Tuning System, notes and chords sound sweeter and more in-tune than other guitars. 
 
USA made Seymour Duncan vintage stack pickups 
Duncan's Vintage Stack (STK-T3B) pickups are noiseless pickups that produce classic output and sound. Tone is warm, punchy and twangy as you'd expect. The Idol T15 also features a coil-split push-pull knob allowing you to switch between stacked and single-coil voicings.
